We offer (1) the Ball Python Care Guide e-book for a one-time price of $4.99 (launch founding price; regular price $19.99), and (2) a recurring membership at $49.99 per month. Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before purchase. The e-book is sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for that transaction; the membership is billed through Stripe.

When you buy the e-book, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read it for your own personal, non-commercial use through the Codex reader on your devices. You do not acquire ownership of the content or any intellectual-property rights in it.

You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, lend, or publicly share the e-book or your account;
• reproduce or post substantial portions of it publicly or commercially;
• remove or alter any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notice; or
• scrape, mine, or use automated means to extract the content.

All content in the e-book, the courses, and on this website — text, photography, video, graphics, logos, and trademarks (including “Citadel Culebra”) — is owned by Vivarium Culebra LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The membership is an automatically renewing subscription. By enrolling and giving your affirmative consent at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following, consistent with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.):

• Recurring charge: $49.99 will be charged to your payment method each month.
• Automatic renewal: Your membership renews automatically at the end of each monthly term and will continue until you cancel.
• No long-term commitment: There is no minimum term — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• How to cancel: Cancel online at any time through your membership management page, or by emailing incoming@citadelculebra.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; benefits continue through the period you have already paid for.
• Acknowledgment: After you enroll, we send an email confirming the renewal terms and how to cancel, which you can retain.
• Price or term changes: If the recurring price or material terms change, we will give you clear and conspicuous notice and an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect. We will also send a periodic reminder of your renewing membership.

Founding-Class pricing, where offered, is locked for your membership as long as it remains continuously active.

Purchases of digital products are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Our e-book, courses, and materials are provided for general educational purposes about reptile keeping. They are not veterinary, medical, legal, or professional advice and are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified exotics veterinarian. Always consult a professional for the care of a specific animal and follow the laws that apply where you live. The content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivarium Culebra LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the products or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vivarium Culebra LLC from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the products or website or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable protections you have as a consumer under the law of your state of residence. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
