Accessibility Statement
Last updated June 15, 2026
The Warren Group, operating Citadel Culebra, is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the recognized benchmark for accessible websites. We design and build with this standard in mind and review the site as we add to it.
What we’ve done
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative media hidden from assistive technology.
- Background video that is muted, with no auto-playing sound.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting — when it is on, animations and looping video are minimized in favor of still images.
- Labeled, keyboard-operable forms with clearly announced errors.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text and interface elements.
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators, and semantic page structure with headings.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some content — particularly richly animated or video-led sections — may not yet be perfect for every assistive technology. We are continuing to improve, and we welcome your feedback.
