This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our digital products. We post it here, and link it next to every purchase, so you know the terms before you buy.
Digital e-book — all sales final
The Ball Python Care Guide e-book ($9.99) is a digital product delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, e-book sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
The e-book is sold through Gumroad as merchant of record. If you were charged in error, never received access, or believe there is a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days at hello@citadelculebra.com and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund.
Membership — cancel anytime, no future charges
The $49.00/month membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; your benefits continue through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancel online through your membership management page, or email hello@citadelculebra.com.
Membership fees already charged are generally non-refundable, but if you were billed after cancelling or believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.
