Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our digital products. We post it here, and link it next to every purchase, so you know the terms before you buy.
Digital e-book — all sales final
The Ball Python Care Guide e-book ($4.99) is a digital product delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, e-book sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
The e-book is sold through Gumroad as merchant of record. If you were charged in error, never received access, or believe there is a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days at incoming@citadelculebra.com and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund.
Membership — cancel anytime, no future charges
The $49.99/month membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; your benefits continue through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancel online through your membership management page, or email incoming@citadelculebra.com.
Membership fees already charged are generally non-refundable, but if you were billed after cancelling or believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.
