Privacy Policy
Last updated June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Warren Group ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the Citadel Culebra brand and the website at citadelculebra.com, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers, including California residents.
Who we are
The operator of this website and the provider of the e-book and membership offered on it is The Warren Group, doing business as Citadel Culebra. You can reach us about privacy at hello@citadelculebra.com, or by mail at [ MAILING ADDRESS — TO COMPLETE ].
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact information you give us — your name (optional) and email address — when you sign up for the free guide, our newsletter, or an account.
- Transaction information when you buy the e-book or a membership. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Gumroad for the e-book, Stripe for the membership). We do not collect or store your full card number; we receive limited order and confirmation details from those providers.
- Usage and device information collected automatically when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar analytics data, through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).
How we use your information
- To deliver the free guide, the e-book, and membership benefits you request.
- To create and service your account and process your transactions.
- To send you the emails you signed up for, and service messages about your purchase.
- To operate, secure, measure, and improve the website and our products.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
Categories of third parties we share with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Payment processors — Gumroad (merchant of record for the e-book) and Stripe (membership billing).
- Email / newsletter platform — to manage subscriptions and send the messages you requested.
- Hosting and analytics providers — to serve the site and understand aggregate usage.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Cookies and tracking
We and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
Do Not Track: Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry-standard response to DNT, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
Third-party tracking: Third parties such as analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site.
Your California privacy rights
California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) grants certain rights to California residents and applies to businesses that meet defined size or data-volume thresholds. We are a small business and do not currently meet those thresholds, but we honor the following regardless:
- We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email hello@citadelculebra.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83), you may also request information about disclosures for direct-marketing purposes; we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Children’s privacy
This website and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact hello@citadelculebra.com and we will delete it.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the products, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
